ESHEG has gained some funding from the Sutton Imagine Arts Festival for an exciting project. From now until June we will be doing some structured work around the theme of Rainbow Light.
To kick off our series of sessions on this theme, we'll be welcoming Colour & Sound Therapist Ingrid Hennze to explain the use of colour and sound from a holistic health point of view. After that, we'll be examining colours week by week, discussing how they are associated with feelings, sounds, art, craft, science, movement, drama, and anything else which comes up.
Along the way we'll be using our insights and ideas to make a series of light-boxes illustrating each colour, and also writing a song.
Each week, I'll be documenting our progress, and we welcome any local home educated families to join our project.
